This is a lovely store with friendly and helpful staff. It has a wide variety of fresh produce and pantry staples. A bit busy on Anzac Day, however it was managed well with all the registers open. Well done!

I give a rating of 5 stars because this is the one store that will be open every day of the year when every other store is shut. Its a very popular store which is always busy day or night. It has a high turn over of products so if all the other shops are shut and your looking for staples like bread a cooked chicken etc don't waste your time getting there to get one because everyone else is heading that way too. the prices of there products a fairly priced but stock is limited. they don't carry the full line of products the larger stores do. but they have every thing covered. it is well worth a trip to have a look and the staff are always friendly. And they are open every day till late.

On the 6th December We went to the IGA at West Ipswich to get one of their $8 per kilo hams that Choice Magazine had rated as best value for money. Unfortunately for us everyone else had seen the same report and by the time we got there, there were no $8.00 per kg hams left. A lovely young lady called Samantha went out the back to see if there were any out there but unfortunately there wasn’t. She saw that we were disappointed and offered a dearer ham to us for the same per kilo price thereby saving us a few dollars. Now that is good service! Love you IGA, (and Samantha). Merry Christmas to you all.

My local for 10+ years. I go nearly every day. It's great for every day essentials, decent prices (sometimes better than the big guys) in a pinch, and open until 10pm. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I don’t typically leave reviews. However, I was there today and the young girl at the checkout absolutely made my day! I was feeling super flat and something like a small compliment has made my day! Amazing service :)
